Hong Kong Export Market Program July-August 2018
A joint project offered by the Melbourne’s North Food Group and Export Connect, this food and beverage industry-specific program assisted businesses to develop a Hong Kong entry strategy and drive export growth. The opportunity was open to 10 participating companies and included a visit to Hong Kong markets, supermarkets and the HKTDC Food Expo.
How to grow and measure your margins and profits, 14 June 2018
This program stepped participants through the features of a high-performing company and introduced over 30 key financial ratios and operational metrics. They learned ways to achieve optimum equipment capacities and utilisation, and how to use business systems for end-to-end integration towards achieving optimum effectiveness, higher margins and working capital revenue.
